Balancing AI

A Dual Approach

New technology is rarely all good or all bad, and AI is no exception. My work runs along two lines at once.

On one side, I help people and organisations embrace what AI genuinely makes possible: new ways of working and learning, wider access to knowledge, and real gains in support and efficiency.

On the other, I help them stay alert to the downsides, from losing critical thinking and over-reliance to broader ethical and societal risks.

What connects the two is judgment. The aim is not to adopt AI as fast as possible, nor to hold it at arm's length, but to use it deliberately, amplifying the good while actively countering the harm.
